Our Service

Clients, along with their own carer if required, are collected from home and taken to their appointments; the driver will then wait to take them back home.

Our service is oversubscribed, so new clients may be placed on a waiting list.

​

As our drivers are volunteers we cannot always guarantee that we will have one available when requesting a booking.

 

Please call us as soon as you receive an appointment. Our bookings phone line 01395 266062 is open 9:00 to 12:00 Monday to Friday.

If you have a Blue Badge please take this with you to assist your driver finding a suitable parking place.

​

When leaving a message on our answerphone please give only your name and telephone number and we will call you back.
